Cesar was at my house within 30 minutes after my call to replace the broken spring on my garage door. Very fair price. BAM! I'll use him again if the need arises.

Cesar was a quick response! My garage door wouldn't open and was able to come by within a couple of hours luckily. I explained what was going on with my garage and he already knew what it was without even looking. So I went to my garage and sure enough one of my springs was broke. He came with the correct parts ready and changed it out in like an hour! I hate to say but he was my third call to try and get it fixed. All other big name companies in the area (I'm sure you can guess the top two) both had me scheduled out a few days before they could even just look at it...and for a fee to just come see. Cesar beat out all other competitors on price and timeliness! Hands down he will be my go to guy for all garage repair needs. I will add he also educated me about why it happened and how to take care of it in the future, and the misconception of what a big name garage company would tell you in this situation to get a big price out of you. Honest and great work from this guy!

Cezar was excellent! He arrived on time and explained the issue and process for garage door spring replacement. There were few complexity, but he worked exta to resolve them, made sure multiple times that garage door was perfectly working.

Cesar came out to our house at 10 o'clock pm after the spring broke on our garage door. Not only did he answer our messages fast, he arrived as soon as he was able. He's such a friendly and informative person. He fixed the issues and then taught us some helpful tips to upkeep the maintenance on the garage door. On top of all of that his prices are fair and I feel like he wasn't trying to over price anything or take advantage like some of these big companies do. I recommend him 100%!! My garage door got stuck suddenly on a weekend. I called Cesar and he came by evening that day to check. He diagnosed the problem in 15-20 mins and offered a solution. I called my home warranty and to my surprise, the spring system isn’t covered under warranty. Besides, the quote they gave to fix it is double that of what Cesar quoted. So, I went with Cesar. He came the next day with all the necessary equipment and fixed the spring system in an hour. He is very punctual and reliable. I would definitely recommend his service.

Got a garage door service and had Cesar remove and replace (original builder's substandard) sealing. They paid good attention to detail. A reasonable estimation was given at start and Cesar was pretty much on target. Excellent worksmanship. They were very respectful of customer and property. Worksmanship was fantastic. 5 stars.

I am so happy I called this company! Cesar answered his phone and was able to assess what I needed with some pictures I sent to him. I thought I was gonna need a new garage door with all the hardware. He was able to replace the bent pieces that I damaged when I backed up into the garage door. He fixed it the same day and besides a couple of small marks on the door it’s as good as new! I had called another company and was quoted $3700 because I needed a completely new system. That was obviously not the case. I really appreciate Cesar’s honesty and commitment to his work. There is no other place to go if you need a new garage door or one fixed . Cesar is the best choice.

I had the best experience ever with Cesar fixing my garage door. First off, he was the only person willing to drive to Elgin on short notice to fix the spring that had broken the day before. I stayed out in the garage talking to him and he made sure he let me know everything he was doing and he tried teaching me a thing or two on how to keep up with the maintenence of my garage. He was genuine, kind, and oh, how about affordable, which is a plus! He's all about his customers and not one who tries to get over. I highly recommend Cesar! We just had Cesar Garage Door came out yesterday to replace/convert a Wayne Dalton spring because it was broken. We called at 6pm on a Saturday and he was able to get the parts and came out at 10pm to replaced it. His price was comparable to others without us waiting for 3 days to get it fixed. This company was the only one willing to come out the same day to replace for us. Other places said they can't come out til 3 days later. This would leave us vulnerable with the garage open all days all nights for 3 days. Thank you Cesar for adjusting your schedule with your family to help us. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Cesar for a spring replacement on my garage door. He and his daughter came over and were professional, great priced, and had it completed that same day as reaching out to him. He spread his knowledge on maintenance for the garage door (which I didn’t know existed) while doing these things just to help me out. It’s hard to find people that generally care for you and your home, but he is definitely one of the folks that do. I called several different companies today and I could not find anyone to come and look at my garage door, But Cesar was available and he drove all the way to Elgin. He was very thorough and fixed the cable that had fallen off the wheel to my garage door and educated me about the tension, stems and how to oil my rollers. Called near midnight when we came home and noticed the door wouldn’t open since my car was trapped in there I was panicking because I had work in the morning called a couple places told me they can come by in the morning then with low expectations to my surprise called a tired César and he answered drove up here showed me my spring had broken then replaced it same night within 30 minutes to an hour got everything working and gave me a price that I wasn’t expecting because of how late it was and how fair. My garage door opener was no longer opening and closing correctly. I noticed the belt drive was very worn so called Cesar for a repair. He provided an over the phone quote for repair and stated he was available any time that worked for me. Since my opener was 15 years old he recommended I replace the whole unit and gave me the cost to install. I stopped by Lowe’s and had an install the next evening after work. He also gave me some tips on maintenance for the future and lubricated the wheels/rails. I recommend Cesar for any garage door issues you may have. He is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable.

I couldn’t be more happy with Cesar and his crew. I live in Austin, but needed a garage door for my mom’s rental property in Victoria. I didn’t want to pay $1,200+ for a new door for a rental property, so I looked for a good used one. I came across Cesar Garage Door Services. Not only did he have a much better door than was already at the house, he and his crew drove 2.5 hours to Victoria to install it for me. All for less than the price of a new door. I’m in the construction business. I’ll be keeping Cesar and crew very busy with different projects.

He thoroughly explained the hidden spring torsion system and recommended upgrading to an exposed torsion system, so we would be aware if the spring breaks in the future (I had been using the door without a working spring for some time).
